Tingsha are the sacred cymbals used by Tibetan Monks in their Meditation and Worship. They are played by holding the middle of the leather strap and letting the Tingsha fall against each other. They produce a wonderfully rich sound. They are made from the same alloys as our Singing Bowls.
These tingsha are decorated with the Tibetan Naga Dragon / Serpent, a powerful and popular figures in Tibetan culture. Nagas are spiritual protectors and are often found guarding the entrance to temples
Each Tingsha is approximately 62 mm in diameter.
Our Tingsha come in a satin carry bag.
